Daniel Gabriel Alessandro Saucedo Grzechowski was born on 25 February 1986 in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, Sweden and is a Swedish singer, often presented just as Danny, who competed as one of the finalists in Idol 2006 — the Swedish version of Idol. His mother is from Bolivia and his father is from Poland. In 2006, he released his first single Öppna Din Dörr, a track by Tommy Nilsson which charted at #24 on the Swedish singles chart.

In May 2007, Danny released his début album Heart Beats, which reached #1 on the album charts. To date, three singles from the album have been released "Tokyo" (#1), "Play It for the Girls" (#1) and "If Only You" (#3), a duet with fellow Swedish singer Therese. There was a release of "Hey (I've been feeling kind of lonely) in Poland. Danny is also a member of the boyband E.M.D.

On December 24th, 2008 his second solo studio album "Set Your Body Free" was released. The lead-single "Radio" co-written and produced by Tobias Gustavsson and published by Aesona Music Publishing, reached #1 on the swedish charts and stayed there for 2 weeks to date.

Danny is one of the most successful male Swedish artists since 2006. In January he won a "Grammi", the most important Swedish music prize.

In 2007, Danny signed a record deal with Sony BMG. On February 14, 2007 he released his debut single "Tokyo", a dance/disco song. It entered the Swedish charts at number 2, and quickly went to number 1, where it stayed for 2 weeks. The single also peaked at number 9 in the Finnish charts. Later that year, on May 23, Danny released his second single, "Play It for the Girls", which entered the Swedish charts at number 10. However, it quickly went to number 1. The single topped the Swedish charts for one week. A week after his second single, Danny released his debut album Heart Beats, which went straight to number 1.

On August 27, 2007, Danny released his third single - a duet with Swedish singer Therese, "If Only You". It entered the Swedish charts at number 41, although its highest position was number 3. In August 2008 the single reached number 4 in Russia. Danny also join the boybandE.M.D. along with two other former Idol contestants, the group have had major success with their first album in Sweden.

Saucedo was a contestant on the television show Let's Dance 2008 (Swedish version of Dancing With The Stars). In September 2008, Saucedo along with professional dancer Jeanette Carlsson will take part in the Eurovision Dance Contest 2008. The couple place 12th in the final on September 6 in Glasgow.

In October 2008 Danny revealed that he would be back with a new album in early 2009 and that the first single from the new album would be "Radio", which has been released top radio for airplay, the track is written by Michel Striton who composed the song "If Only You" from the album Heart Beats. Danny's new album "Set Your Body Free" was released on Christmas eve 2008 in Sweden.
