I'm an italian boy and i've just listened the song QUANDO SARAI SOLA by STUDIO 3 an italian band. It is the same of SAIL THE OCEAN! I made this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgE8GIRY88o listen the songs and tell me if this is or not a plagiarism! furious

At there Official Site here it doesn't state any of the original songwriters on it so It could be but it's been almost 3 years since that album was released, I'm sure there would have been a lawsuit or something by now, maybe in the album booklet it says something because it is just a cover version.

i don't think so. Darin isn't known in Italy. The music has just some differences and the words are different too. I'm sure that this is a plagiarism u.u
